プライバシーポリシー（日本語）

本プライバシーポリシーは、個人事業「とわのね」（以下「当方」）が提供する和楽器チューナーアプリ「とわいと」（以下「本アプリ」）における、利用者の情報の取り扱いについて説明するものです。本アプリはすべての処理を利用者の端末内で完結し、利用者の情報を収集・送信しません。

1. マイクの使用について

本アプリは、箏・三味線などの調弦（音程の検出）および練習用の録音のために、デバイスのマイクへのアクセス許可を求めます。マイクの使用は、これらの目的にのみ限定されます。

  • 音声はデバイス内で処理されます。マイクから取得した音声は、楽器の音程をリアルタイムに解析するために使用されます。
  • 練習用の録音機能を使用した場合、録音した音声は端末内にのみ保存されます。
  • 本アプリが音声データをインターネットに送信したり、外部サーバーへ保存したりすることはありません。
  • 録音した音声が端末外に出るのは、利用者が共有機能を使って明示的に操作した場合のみです（共有先での取り扱いは各サービスのポリシーに従います）。

2. 個人情報の収集について

本アプリは、利用者の個人情報を収集しません。

  • 氏名、メールアドレス、電話番号等の個人情報の入力を求めることはありません。
  • アカウント登録は不要です。
  • 位置情報、連絡先、写真等のデバイスデータにアクセスしません。

3. データの保存について

本アプリは、以下のデータをデバイス内にのみ保存します。

  • 保存方法: SharedPreferences（Android）/ UserDefaults（iOS）、および練習用の録音音声はアプリ専用の端末内領域に保存されます。
  • 保存される情報: 基準ピッチ（A4の周波数）、律（平均律/純正律）、楽器プリセットの選択状態などのアプリの設定値、および練習用に録音した音声（利用者が録音した場合）。
  • これらのデータは外部に送信されません（録音音声が端末外に出るのは、利用者が共有機能で明示的に操作した場合のみです）。
  • アプリをアンインストールすると、保存データはすべて削除されます。

4. 広告・第三者サービスについて

本アプリは広告配信サービスを一切利用しません。また、第三者サービスへ利用者の情報を送信することはありません。音の検出はすべて端末内で処理されます。

5. お子様のプライバシー

本アプリは13歳未満のお子様から意図的に個人情報を収集することはありません。

6. プライバシーポリシーの変更

本ポリシーは必要に応じて更新されることがあります。変更があった場合は、本ページにて通知いたします。

Privacy Policy (English)

This privacy policy describes how towanone ("we") handles user information in the wagakki (Japanese instrument) tuner app "Towaito" ("the App"). The App performs all processing on your device and does not collect or transmit your information.

1. Microphone Usage

The App requests access to your device's microphone for tuning (pitch detection) and for practice recording. Microphone use is strictly limited to these purposes.

  • Audio is processed on your device. Audio captured from the microphone is used to analyze the instrument's pitch in real time.
  • When you use the practice recording feature, the recorded audio is stored only on your device.
  • The App does not transmit audio data over the internet or store it on any external server.
  • Recorded audio leaves your device only when you explicitly share it using the share feature (handling at the destination follows each service's own policy).

2. Personal Information

The App does not collect any personal information.

  • We do not require your name, email address, phone number, or any other personal data.
  • No account registration is required.
  • We do not access your location, contacts, photos, or other device data.

3. Data Storage

The App stores the following data locally on your device only.

  • Storage method: SharedPreferences (Android) / UserDefaults (iOS); practice recordings are stored in the App's on-device storage area.
  • Stored data: App settings such as reference pitch (A4 frequency), temperament (equal/just intonation), and instrument preset selections, as well as any practice recordings you make.
  • This data is never transmitted externally (recorded audio leaves your device only when you explicitly share it using the share feature).
  • All stored data is deleted when you uninstall the App.

4. Advertising & Third-Party Services

The App does not use any advertising services, and does not transmit your information to third parties. All pitch detection is processed entirely on your device.

5. Children's Privacy

The App does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.

6. Changes to This Policy

This policy may be updated as needed. Any changes will be posted on this page.
